Return Policy: We can only accept container stock returns, provided the items are returned in the same condition as sold (i.e., unplanted, properly maintained, and undamaged). Refunds for returns are available within the first three (3) days of purchase. After this period, returns will be eligible for store credit only. *Please note that all returns are subject to a $50+GST restocking fee.*

Warranty Policy: Replacements will only be considered in the rare occurrence that we detect failure within the concerning crop in our nursery. *All field grown trees, sourced items, and special orders are final sale.*
